Yorktown Supervisor Matt Slater Announces Run for New York State Assembly in the 94th District and is Seeking the Republican and Conservative Party Lines.
Already Supervisor Slater has the backing of the Affiliated Police Association of Westchester, who are led by Yonkers PBA Head Keith Olson.
Supervisor Slater got elected to his second term as Yorktown Supervisor in Last Year's Election. This Seat is currently held by Republican Assemblyman Kevin Byrne in the 94th District. The 94th District includes parts of Northern Westchester and Most of Putnam County.
Assemblyman Byrne is running for Putnam County Executive, since Current and Long Time County Executive Mary Ellen Odell is Term Limited. Byrne Already has the GOP Nomination for Putnam County Executive in This Year's Election.
