I attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the inclusive playground for children with differing abilities in Yorktown, which is being made possible by a $250,000 grant that I secured for the Town of Yorktown. The playground is being built at Granite Knolls Park and will feature age and developmentally inclusive equipment that is sensory stimulating and universally designed.
